1 portion is approximately what fits in the palm of our hand (80g)✋. Unsweeted juices (150mL) only count as 1 portion, no matter how much/how many different varieties you have.
Eating two apples a day will still be counted as 1 of your 5 a day being met. So try incorporating more #fruits and #veggies in your diet! Frozen, canned & dried fruits and veg all count towards your 5-a-day! Be creative!
